Occasionally we are asked to undertake bespoke projects, although unfortunately we are not always in a position to help, we will always take a look at your project and help if we can.
Highlighted here is a recently completed project for a client; Mark Ward who has a BMW MINI Cooper S Works, this is a cherished first generation facelift vehicle.
We were commissioned by Mark to create bespoke steering wheel modules/cover and door mouldings.
These were prepared with a proprietary coating to ensure excellent adhesion, the components then had the carbon fibre composite overlay applied by a highly skilled laminator.

This was then prepared by hand for a final coating of two pack lacquer to provide a very high gloss and durable finish.
We hope the photographs speak for themselves and do justice to the dedication and skill that went into creating these components.

These are the upper door moulding.
These are the lower door moulding, as they create a door pocket we have over laid the carbon composite around this edge as can be seen in the accompanying close up photograph.

Upon receiving the components from us Mark was kind enough to say:
'I've just received the components, and what can I say - finally someone with pride in their work and enormous attention to detail, the parts are STUNNING!
I couldn't have hoped for them to turn out better - I'd even go as far as to say they've exceeded my expectations, which as you may have picked up on so far, are unfortunately (for me) extremely high! I'm 100% happy.'
Downtubes
Whilst working on this project we also looked into the possibility of creating bespoke downtubes and compared with the above components this would be a straightforward project for us to undertake.
